This new residential project in Devanahalli unfolds over a striking 2,000 sq ft corner plot, with a built-up area of 7,000 sq ft. The site itself offered a rare advantage — a wide road fronting the property — opening up the perfect opportunity to craft a bold, expressive façade. What emerged is a design that celebrates its corner location, turning visibility into visual drama and structure into statement.

The Ask

The client envisioned a home where every inch had purpose — a space that breathes freely with natural light and effortless circulation. The design was to honor Vastu principles while embracing a modern sensibility, resulting in a home that feels both timeless in spirit and strikingly contemporary in form.

The Result

As you ascend to the first floor, the primary east-facing entrance reveals a breathtaking sense of openness. The design greets you with grandeur — an expansive, flowing layout where the living, dining, and library spaces merge into one seamless experience. Sunlight cascades through generous windows, filling the interior with warmth and clarity.
